Returns , Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from city suits, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to Customer Care. If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Discount codes & vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.

How Do I Return My Order For An Exchange
You can exchange any item from your order for a different size or colour as long as the item is unworn, undamaged and within 1 months of purchase. Simply fill out the back of the delivery note with all the details required, return the item in the same box that you received the order. We will inform you by email when your order has been received and when a replacement has been dispatched.
How Do I Return My Order
If you are not satisfied with your goods, simply return them to us within 1 months of purchase unworn and we will either exchange or refund you no questions asked* (please note that items damaged through wear cannot be returned). Where necessary we recommend that you insure the returned items as we cannot be held responsible for goods whilst in transit to us. Please retain proof of postage.
If you are returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer we will adjust the refund accordingly. If you fall below the discount/offer threshold then that discount or offer will no longer apply. Please see terms and conditions for more details.
*Please note that we will not be able to exchange or refund trousers where the leg length has been altered to less than 29.5" or accept garments not in their original packaging
All refunds will be made as soon as the returned goods are received. You will be notified by email once the goods have been received and have been refunded. A full refund will be made, less the initial postage, if the products are received back in good condition. If they are received back within 14 days from date of receipt initial postage will also be refunded (this does not include the next day charge if you chose to upgrade). Postage will also be refunded if the goods were received by the customer damaged or in a condition as not indicated.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately not but if you do receive any items you no longer require or that are incorrect, you can simply return them free of charge under our no quibble guarantee for an exchange or refund, as above

Refunds and loyalty Points
If you use loyalty points on an order and then return for a refund the loyalty points will be put back onto your account.
Also if loyalty points are accrued from an order that is returned then we will reduce your loyalty points to reflect this.
